Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

All subscription boxes, one off boxes or Awebox Shop orders may be returned within 14 working days, provided the items have not be opened, unsealed or used in any way. This must be arranged at your own cost.

Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and your original payment credited within 3 working days.

If you have received any damaged items, please contact us at info@awebox.co.uk with images of the damage and our customer service team will organise for replacements to be sent. Please note, if we no longer have the product in stock, a refund for the item will be issued.
