When do I receive my Awebox?
Please refer to our Deliveries Page in order to see when this month's box will be delivered.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through the link “Manage Your Subscription” in the top navigation on the Awebox website. Find your order, click “Manage” and then click “Cancel Order”. You must cancel before 11:59pm on the 7th of each month in order to cancel next month's box.
Your cancellation will be complete when you receive an automated email from us confirming your cancellation. Please ensure you have received this to be sure your account is cancelled. Cancellations cannot be completed over the phone.
Where do Awebox deliver to?
Awebox deliver to mainland UK postcodes and Northern Ireland postcodes. We delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, some Highland areas and remote areas of rural Scotland for an additional cost. We also deliver to France for an additional cost. Please email email@example.com for more information.
A product in my Awebox arrived in poor condition, what do I do?
Contact us through the Contact Form and we will arrange for you to be sent a replacement product.
I’ve received my first Awebox, now what?
If you are happy with your Awebox, continue with your subscription. If not, you can cancel your subscription before or on the 8th of the month by cancelling your subscription within your account or contacting us through our Contact Form.
If you continue your subscription, you will be charged on the 8th of each month.
I’ve ordered my Awebox - how do I login and see my subscription?
Once you have ordered your first Awebox, you must create an account using the same email address you used to make your first order. You can "Create Your Account" here.
What's in the box?
You can find a full overview of what we include in our box here. We change our products monthly, so if you order 2 boxes in 1 month, you may receive items that overlap.
