When do I receive my Awebox?
If you joined Awebox between the 1st and the 27th of the month, you will receive your Awebox between the 1st and 5th of the following month. Example – if you join on the 27th July, you will receive August’s Awebox between the 1st – 5th of August.
If you joined Awebox between the 28th and the 31st of the month, you will receive your Awebox between the 1st and 5th in the month after next. Example – if you join on the 28th July, you will receive September's Awebox between the 1st – 5th of September.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through the link “Manage Your Subscription” in the top navigation on the Awebox website. Find your order, click “Manage” and then click “Cancel Order”.
You must cancel before 11:59pm on the 14th of each month in order to cancel next months box.
Your cancellation will be complete when you receive an automated email from us confirming your cancellation. Please ensure you have received this to be sure your account is cancelled. Cancellations cannot be completed over the phone.
Where do Awebox deliver to?
Awebox only deliver to mainland UK postcodes and Northern Ireland postcodes. Unfortunately this excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands, Islands and remote areas of rural Scotland.
A product in my Awebox arrived in poor condition, what do I do?
Contact us through the Contact Form and we will arrange for you to be sent a replacement product.
I’ve received my first Awebox, now what?
If you are happy with your Awebox, continue with your subscription. If not, you can cancel your subscription before or on the 15th of the month by cancelling your subscription within your account or contacting us through our Contact Form.
I’ve ordered my Awebox - how do I login and see my subscription?
Once you have ordered your first Awebox, you must create an account using the same email address you used to make your first order. You can "Create Your Account" here.
