FAQ's

When do I receive my Awebox?

You will receive your Awebox between the 1st and the 7th of the following month from when you purchase your first box.

Example – if you join on the 1st July, you will receive your first Awebox between the 1st – 7th of August. 

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through the link “Manage Your Subscription” in the top navigation on the Awebox website. Find your order, click “Manage” and then click “Cancel Order”. You must cancel before 11:59pm on the 8th of each month in order to cancel next month's box.

Your cancellation will be complete when you receive an automated email from us confirming your cancellation. Please ensure you have received this to be sure your account is cancelled. Cancellations cannot be completed over the phone.

 

Where do Awebox deliver to?

Awebox only deliver to mainland UK postcodes and Northern Ireland postcodes. Unfortunately this excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands, Islands and remote areas of rural Scotland.

 

A product in my Awebox arrived in poor condition, what do I do?

Contact us through the Contact Form and we will arrange for you to be sent a replacement product.

 

I’ve received my first Awebox, now what?

If you are happy with your Awebox, continue with your subscription. If not, you can cancel your subscription before or on the 8th of the month by cancelling your subscription within your account or contacting us through our Contact Form.

If you continue your subscription, you will be charged on the 9th of each month. 

 

I’ve ordered my Awebox - how do I login and see my subscription?

Once you have ordered your first Awebox, you must create an account using the same email address you used to make your first order. You can "Create Your Account" here.
